圓型鋁合金固溶體化處理爐 Machine Model: JK-ALT4-∮
Applications:
1. 3000,6000 and 7000 series are aluminum alloy solution heat treatment.
2. Aluminum alloy facilitates complete annealing.
用途：
1. 3000、6000/7000系列鋁合金固溶體化熱處理。
2. 鋁合金完全退火。
Features:
1. Heating (a) Electric Heat (b) Gas
2. Temperature control: Temperature is proportionally controlled and interacting with wind current generated by windmill.
3. Move in / Move out: By the oil pressure drives.
4. Opening: The cylinder drives the furnace gate horizontal opening.
5. Cooling: Water-cooling or air-cooling.
6. Quenching speed: 7~10 seconds.
7. Temperature range: 25°C ~ 560°C
8. Temperature distribution tolerance: ± 3°C ~ 5°C

2. 控溫方式：採用比例式溫度控制，配合循環風車強制對流。
